Built where it already belongs to you.
Your domain, your accounts, your data, your name on the invoice from whichever vendor you chose. Not migrated to you at the end – started there on day one.
Pricing & paid work
From one written read to a 90-day build, each format names the outcome, the timing and who owns the next step. Larger formats finish with a working system your team can run.
IThe core ladder
| Rung | What it is | Price | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|
| The paid first look The First Read | One sharp finding, the obvious breakages and the next step – written, in 1–2 business days. Order without a call. Half a day of my attention on the question that is currently costing you the most, returned in writing. What it includes
Maturity: New packaging; the method behind it has already been used in live engagements. | $800 1–2 business days | Start with The First Read → |
| The decision, made The Decision | The decision, the plan and one asset built and ready – in up to two weeks. You execute. I think about your business for a week. You get the decision, the prioritised plan and the first asset ready to use. What it includes
Maturity: The Marketing work is proven in client engagements; Product and Growth are new packaging of proven capability. | $1,800 Up to 2 weeks, 2 sessions | Discuss The Decision → |
| Built and handed over The Build | Everything in The Decision – and then I build the key thing myself and hand you the keys. Up to six weeks. The decision, and then the thing itself: either the marketing form – positioning locked, site rebuilt, analytics live – or one working system on your own accounts. What it includes
Maturity: Proven twice end to end: one system build and one marketing build, both delivered and handed over. | $8,800 Up to 6 weeks | Discuss The Build → |
| The whole engine The Install | I lead the studio inside the business, build the agreed engine and transfer day-to-day ownership to your team. Ninety days. The work combines senior product and go-to-market leadership, the systems themselves, an operating rhythm and a trained internal owner. What it includes
Maturity: The delivery pattern is proven; this exact package has not yet been sold at the published list price. | $32,000 · by application 90 days | Apply for The Install → |
| Custom, bounded work Bespoke | All bespoke work starts at one full day. A fixed scope and a total come in my first reply. Complex or high-stakes work that does not fit a fixed package – scoped by the day, never itemised by the hour. What it includes
Maturity: Proven capabilities, combined and scoped case by case. | from $1,800 By scope | Email Igor → |
IIThe complete Bespoke menu
Not a forty-card shop window: five capability families, each converted into a bounded outcome before work starts.
IIIWhat remains with you
Ownership is designed into the scope from the start. The accounts, acceptance criteria, training and licence are agreed before the build expands.
Your domain, your accounts, your data, your name on the invoice from whichever vendor you chose. Not migrated to you at the end – started there on day one.
For anything being built, the acceptance criteria are written down first. That is what the paid scoping day buys, and it is included in the price.
The person on your side is trained on the working system and its editable core, with a 30-day break-fix warranty behind the handover.
Every engagement has a defined size and is prepaid. Continuing is a new decision, not a dependency hidden in the original scope.
My methods, templates, diagnostics and tooling stay mine. What was built for you carries a permanent, worldwide, irrevocable licence to the parts of mine inside it – already paid for in the fee. You may run it, change it, and have anyone you like change it for you.
The useful finish is not a document on a shelf. It is a working system, a trained owner and the freedom to keep improving it without Eightception.
IVThe terms
Every engagement has a scope, a start, capacity boundaries and a defined ending or renewal decision.
Work paid for on this path is credited when you move up to a larger format within 90 days, subject to capacity and the written terms.
Everything is prepaid. Larger projects are prepaid in written stages.
For build formats, the operating logic, client-specific assets and documentation finish with your team rather than staying inside Eightception.
No discounts, no struck-through prices and nothing traded for a reduction. Members of my communities – ask me.
VQuestions before buying
No. Your site or LinkedIn profile, one concrete question and payment are enough to start. If the situation is easier to explain aloud, you can book a call before ordering.
The Decision ends with a decision, a plan and one asset ready – and you execute the rest. The Build adds the thing itself: I build the key system personally and hand you the keys with a warranty behind it.
It is ninety days of my time, so it starts with a conversation rather than a checkout. I take a project only where there is the time, the interest and a task worth doing properly.
The delivery clock starts when the agreed inputs are available. The promise is two-way: I protect the working window, and you make the evidence accessible.
You own the client-specific deliverables after payment, on your own accounts, in your own name. I keep my underlying methods, reusable tools and pre-existing systems.
AI is part of the delivery machinery for research, synthesis, testing and production. It makes the work better and faster, never cheaper. Judgment, source boundaries, decisions and accountability remain human.
Best suited to B2B technology and tech-enabled founder-led companies. The strongest fit is a consequential decision or build with evidence to inspect, a clear internal sponsor and a real owner for the handover.
The First Read and The Decision end on delivery. The Build ends at acceptance and handover. The Install ends after the agreed project and its handover.
