Greid Solution: a wealth of research, turned into six months of priorities.
Greid Solution runs accounting and planning for its clients as an outsourced finance-director service, and is updating that service with AI agents. Igor Levi worked with the founders to turn the audience research for the new format into decisions they could act on: priorities rebuilt on who had actually bought, the narratives to speak with, and a go-to-market plan led by referrals.

IThe situation
A finance-director service, updated with AI agents.
Greid Solution was founded by Natalya and Grigory Eidinov. It runs accounting and planning for its clients as an outsourced finance-director service, and it is now updating that service by connecting AI agents to the collection of primary information and the preparation of reports.
The founders came with a real base: their own interviews with buyers about the need for such agents, information about who their buyers are, and a view of the work the new format has to do. The question was which buyer situations should come first, and how to reach them.
IIIgor's role
The strategist between the research and the decisions.
Igor led the strategy from research to plan. He judged what the research could and could not carry, set the audience priorities together with Natalya, wrote the narratives and built the go-to-market plan with her.
The research itself was supported by the Creative Engines platform. What to trust in it, and what to do with it, was decided by Igor and the founders.
IIIHow Igor worked
A convincing ranking is not yet a true one.
Widen the field first
The research widened the set of possible audiences and communication themes, and it produced a first ranking that looked ready to use.
Test it against who bought
A priority for Greid Solution could not rest on how persuasive a research hypothesis sounded. The Eightception team compared the proposals with Greid Solution's own materials, and Igor, together with Natalya, checked what was known about purchases that had already happened.
Rebuild on real purchases
The source behind the first ranking could not reliably show who had actually bought Greid Solution's services, so Igor set the ranking aside, asked for the purchase history and rebuilt the priorities with Natalya. The audience decisions rest on what is known about real sales and on the judgment of the Greid Solution team; the hypotheses are kept as hypotheses, to be tested.
IVWhat was delivered
Priorities, narratives and a plan that starts from referrals.
Audience priorities
Which buyer situations come first, delivered in August 2026 – so the promotion effort goes where purchases have actually happened.
Narratives
Communication themes that start from a problem a business owner already recognizes and lead to how Greid Solution works with it – so a business owner recognizes the problem before hearing the offer.
Go-to-market plan
Where a first contact with a potential client can happen, which materials help that client weigh the offer, and what has to happen in the first conversation. The plan is led by referrals and Greid Solution's existing relationships, and it opens one more direction to test: referrals from adjacent consultants.
VThe result
Taken into work – and on to the market.
The founders took the materials into work. The research and the decisions built on it set Greid Solution's promotion priorities for the next six months and sharpened the content hypotheses the team will test.
The work continues. Next, Greid Solution and the Eightception team are implementing the go-to-market plan together.
“I got significantly more than I expected. I expected a small list of priority topics for our audience. What I got was a full-fledged study – 22 ranked priority topics, plus 30 of our narratives and a convergence matrix: who we need and who needs us. It set our promotion priorities for six months ahead and sharpened the content hypotheses we are going to test. One more thing worth noting – we got all of this without exhausting briefs, approvals and meetings. So the time budget on our side was respected too. We took all the materials into work, and we 100% recommend Igor's company to entrepreneurs for whom it matters to focus their promotion with the optimal ratio of result to resources.”
How to start
Choose who comes firston evidence, not on eloquence.
Answer a few short questions about where things stand. The conversation ends with the smallest useful next step – or a plain reason it is not Igor.
